Use Your ATO/Sick Time

I want you all to know that I understand the difficulties that everyone is having to confront at the moment and, next to remaining healthy,  your income and finances are of great concern.

Over the last few days I have been gathering a lot of information on how we can manage to pay out any and all Accumulated Time Off (ATO) and all Sick Pay for ALL staff, at the same time.  Moreover, with absolutely Zero income coming in to the organization this makes matters even more difficult.  As you can certainly understand – we would never have to bear the cost of paying all of this at the exact same time – but these are unusual times.

So, we just have to make it happen!

Here is what I need from each of you.  In order for us to utilize your ATO and/or Sick Time, I need you to complete the form below authorizing us to do so.  In other words, I need your permission to issue you your ATO and/or Sick Time pay.

This will be paid through the next standard payroll which will hit your bank account on Friday, April 3rd.

*You must submit your request by midnight March 31st, 2020 in order to be processed in time for payroll submission.

Please know that if you choose to utilize this benefit at this time it may effect any scheduled time off currently on the Calendar.  You may need to reconsider any future plans as you may not have any ATO available for which you would otherwise have been paid.  If you would like to cancel any currently scheduled dates you can select to do so on the form and specify the dates in the Comments section of the form.

I hope that this brings you some relief.
